Kısaca
- Mesajların, aramaların ve dosyaların uçtan uca şifrelidir. İçeriğini biz göremeyiz, saklamayız ve kimseye veremeyiz.
- Kiminle yazıştığının kaydını tutmayız. Rehberin telefonunda kalır; sunucuya gönderilmez.
- Hesabını tanımlayan sınırlı bilgiyi ve bağlantı kaydını tutarız. Bunlar yalnız yasal talepte, can tehlikesinde ya da kötüye kullanım şikâyetinde yetkili makamlarla paylaşılabilir.
- Hassas kayıtlar (IP adresi, telefon numarası, profil kopyası) sunucuda ayrıca şifrelenir; çözen anahtar sunucuda bulunmaz.

Tutmadıklarımız
- Mesaj, arama ve dosya içeriği.
- Kimin kiminle, ne zaman yazıştığı ya da konuştuğu.
- Telefon rehberin, konumun, grup sohbetlerinin üye listesi.
- Reklam için kişisel profil. Kimin hangi reklamı gördüğü tutulmaz.
Telefon doğrulama
Yalnız e-postayla kaydolan hesap Oki’yi sınırlı kullanır. Telefon numaranı doğruladığında bütün özellikler açılır. Numaran gizlidir: başka kullanıcılar göremez, numaranla aranamazsın. Doğrulama kodu SMS ile gönderilir; bunun için numaran SMS hizmet sağlayıcımıza iletilir.
Şikâyet
Bir kişiyi ya da sohbeti şikâyet ettiğinde gerekçen bize ulaşır. İstersen o sohbetin son mesajlarını da incelememiz için iletirsin; bu senin seçimindir ve yalnız senin cihazından gönderilir. Şifreleme bu yolla bozulmaz.
Yasal talepler ve acil durumlar
Yetkili makamların usulüne uygun talebi üzerine yukarıdaki tabloda yer alan bilgileri paylaşabiliriz. Mesaj ve arama içeriğini veremeyiz, çünkü elimizde yoktur. Can tehlikesi içeren durumlarda kolluk ve yargı makamları acil talep formunu kullanabilir; her talep, veri paylaşılmadan önce kurum geri aranarak doğrulanır.
Hizmet sağlayıcılar
Sunucularımız Almanya’dadır (Hetzner). Trafik Cloudflare üzerinden geçer. Şifreli medya dosyaları Cloudflare R2’de durur. Bildirimler Apple ve Google bildirim hizmetleriyle iletilir; bildirim mesaj içeriği taşımaz. Doğrulama SMS’leri bir SMS hizmet sağlayıcısı üzerinden gönderilir.
Çocuklar
Çocuk hesabı yalnız ebeveynin onayıyla açılır ve ebeveyn denetimindedir: çocuk yalnız izin verilen kişilerle yazışır, ebeveyn çocuğun yazışmalarını görebilir. Oki Pratik’te çocuğun alıştırma sonuçları sunucumuzda tutulur ve yalnız ebeveynlerine gösterilir; başka kullanıcılarla paylaşılmaz, reklam ya da profil çıkarma için kullanılmaz. Çocuk hesabında reklam gösterilmez.
Hakların
Ayarlar’dan hesabını ve verilerini silebilirsin; hesap bilgilerin ve cihazların silinir, bağlantı kaydı ve telefon geçmişi yukarıdaki süre dolunca silinir. Hakkındaki bilgilere erişmek, düzeltmek ya da başka bir talepte bulunmak için [email protected] adresine yazabilirsin.

In short
- Your messages, calls and files are end-to-end encrypted. We cannot see, store or disclose their content.
- We keep no record of who you talk to. Your contacts stay on your phone and are not sent to the server.
- We keep limited account information and a connection record. These may be shared with the competent authorities only on a lawful request, a risk to life or an abuse report.
- Sensitive records (IP address, phone number, profile copy) are additionally encrypted on the server; the key that opens them is not kept on the server.

What we do not keep
- The content of messages, calls and files.
- Who talked to whom, and when.
- Your phone contacts, your location, the member lists of group chats.
- Personal advertising profiles. We do not record who saw which ad.
Phone verification
An account registered with e-mail only uses Oki with limits. Verifying your phone number unlocks all features. Your number is private: other users cannot see it and cannot find you by it. The code is sent by SMS, for which your number is passed to our SMS provider.
Reports
When you report a person or a chat, we receive your reason. You may also choose to forward the recent messages of that chat for review; this is your choice and they are sent only from your device. Encryption is not weakened by this.
Lawful requests and emergencies
On a valid request from the competent authorities we may share the information listed in the table above. We cannot provide message or call content because we do not have it. Where there is a risk to life, law enforcement may use the emergency request form; every request is verified by calling the institution back before anything is disclosed.
Service providers
Our servers are in Germany (Hetzner). Traffic passes through Cloudflare. Encrypted media is stored on Cloudflare R2. Notifications are delivered through Apple and Google push services and carry no message content. Verification SMS are sent through an SMS provider.
Children
A child account can only be opened with a parent’s approval and is supervised: the child talks only to allowed contacts and the parent can see the child’s chats. In Oki Practice the child’s exercise results are kept on our server and shown only to the child’s parents; they are not shared with other users and are not used for advertising or profiling. No ads are shown on child accounts.
Your rights
You can delete your account and data in Settings; account and device information is deleted, while the connection record and phone history are deleted when the period above ends. To access or correct your information, or for any other request, write to [email protected].
